Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) mengundang Pengurus idaroh Wustho Jam’iyah Ahlith Thoriqoh Al Mu’tabaraoh An Nahdiyah (JATMN) dalam rangka silaturrahmi di Surabaya pada tanggal 19 September 2024.
“Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama mengundang Idaroh Wustho Jami’yah Ahlith Thoriqoh Al Mu’tabaroh An-Nahdliyah (untuk hadir dalam acara Kamis, 19 September),” demikian bunyi surat yang diteken KH Zulfa Mustofa, Wakil Ketua Umum PBNU dan Drs H Lukman Khakim, MSi, Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal PBNU. Dilansir Liputan9news, Kamis (12/09/24).
Namun, kegiatan resmi PBNU tersebut mendapatkan penolakan dari Pengurus Idaroh Aliyah JATMAN. Penolakan atau boikot tersebut disampaikan dalam bentuk surat instruksi kepada seluruh idaroh Wustho agar tidak hadir pada undangan PBNU.
Tepatnya, pada tanggal 10 September 2024 kemarin, beredar surat ‘bersifat penting’ dari JATMAN yang diteken Rois Am.
“Isinya: Instruksi Kepada Idaroh Aliyyah dan Idaroh Wustho JATMAN se Indonesia tentang Larangan Menghadiri Silaturrahmi Idaroh Wustho JATMAN yang diselenggarakan PBNU di Hotel Bumi Kota Surabaya,” tulis surat penolakan JATMAN itu.
Bahkan Rois Am PBNU KH Miftachul Akhyar yang selama ini membela Klan Ba’alwi diseret-seret dalam hal ini. Disebutkan Rais Am tidak tahu menahu berkaitan dengan undangan PBNU dalam rangka silaturrahmi Idaroh Wustho JATMAN di Surabaya.
Hal tersebut sudah dibantah PBNU yang tertuang dalam surat penjelasan PBNU tentang JATMAN.
Disinilah letak ironisnya, Pembelaan Rois Am dan pengurus PBNU lainnya terhadap Klan Ba’alwi dibalas dengan boikot atas acara PBNU.
JATMAN yang notabene Badan Otonom PBNU melakukan pembangkangan dan perlawanan. JATMAN yang selama ini di pegang dua tokoh Klan Ba’alwi Habib Luthfi bin Yahya dan Habib Umar Munthohar kompak melawan PBNU.
Sebelumnya, PBNU nejelsakan, bahwa Ketua Umum PBNU menunjuk KH. Zulfa Mustofa selaku Wakil Ketua Umum Bidang Keagamaan dan Hubungan Antar Lembaga untuk memfasilitasi pertemuan Idaroh Wustho.
“Ketua Umum PBNU memberikan arahan kepada KH. Zulfa Mustofa bahwa posisi PBNU di dalam pertemuan tersebut hanya memfasilitasi pertemuan, mendengarkan masukan, dan tidak mengambil keputusan apa pun. Informasi dan masukan dari forum pertemuan tersebut agar dilaporkan pada Rapat Pleno PBNU atau Rapat Harian Syuriyah dan Tanfidziyah,” tulis dalam surat penjelasan PBNU.
Setelah itu, PBNU menegaskan bahwa perkataan bahwa “Idaroh Aliyyah JATMAN telah berkoordinasi dengan Jajaran Syuriyah Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama dan mendapatkan informasi yang sangat lengkap dan cukup dijadikan dasar bahwa pertemuan tidak dikehendaki oleh Syuriyah PBNU.
“PBNU menegaskan bahwa informasi tersebut tidak benar. Sebab, tidak pernah ada pertemuan antara Idaroh Aliyyah JATMAN dengan Syuriyah PBNU untuk membahas hal dimaksud,” pungkasnya. (Ai)

Walking down to the restaurant was different from the middle of the night visits as the streets were bustling and all of the shops and outlets were open.
Reaching Charlie’s we entered the front door and sat in a booth near the window. A beautiful young American Chinese girl came,smiled and said hello to Elise and gave us menus and asked if we wanted drinks in the meantime.
“No thanks Lin just a pot of Jasmine tea for us please.” Lin went back to the kitchen area. “No booze for me today as I will have to work in the bar so it is just tea for me.”
Not in a drinking mood either, I agreed with her.”
